Terry Cook has made an easy transition from being a standout football star at Bowling Green, to a devastating
power lifter. Terry has been working with Mark Strasser over the past 3 years on increasing his bench press. He has increased his max on his bench press
by 75 lbs. He now has eclipsed the 500 lbs. bench press mark. Terry's has made so much progress through his hardwork and
intense training regime. Terry's training schedule includes using chains, towels, boards, and other unconvential lifting
