Day 7 - "Downhill Swimming"

TODAY WE'LL LEARN HOW TO DO "DOWNHILL SWIMMING":

When you start your actual swim workouts tomorrow, you don't want to turn off the brain and just flail your arms and legs. So for most of your workouts, we'll give you a specific sensation or mental image to focus on while you swim. The first such image or "focus point" you'll use will be "downhill swimming." Concentrate on holding the crown of your head in line with your spine as you maintain enough buoy pressure to keep your hips and legs at the surface. It should feel as though you are tilted slightly downward as you swim.
