Rest or Yoga Class yoga training

REST DAY, OR EXPERIENCE THE JOY OF YOGA. Let's see: muscles sore, general glow of well-being: this program must be working. Either give yourself the day off (while still steering clear of Taco Bell) or do a moderate form of exercise. This might be a great day for you to give that Hatha Yoga class a chance, and to find out the true meaning of the word "Ommm..."
