Yoga/Stretch Class weight training

STRETCH OUT YOUR MIND AND BODY. Only a dedicated stretching regime will prevent you from becoming a bundle of knots--it's great for preventing injuries, too. And it always helps to have someone there correcting your form. So mosey over to a Yoga or Stretch class, and relax your mind and body.
