Play a Sport weight training

TIME TO PLAY SOME SPORTS YOURSELF. Depending on the season, you could enjoy ice skating/football/rollerblading/biking/you name it. Pretty much anything but bowling. Sorry; though it may be fun and entertaining (my god, those shoes!), it doesn't count as exercise.
