Day 56 - Parting Is Such Sweet Sorrow...

Play a sport/activity of your choice. weight training

LET'S HAVE FUN ON OUR LAST DAY TOGETHER (I promised myself I wouldn't cry...): PLAY A SPORT, OR ENJOY ANOTHER ACTIVITY. It can be whatever you want; just try to stay active for at least an hour. It looks like congratulations are in order! You have successfully completed eight weeks of an intense workout program, and are now officially an athlete! It's time for you to graduate from beginner to intermediate status, so, without losing any momentum, start our intermediate workout program next week. The sky's the limit. Keep going, and you'll feel better day by day, week by week, adding years to your life with every minute that you stay active. See you on the next level!
