Off-Season Training Programs

Wrestling Program



Attached to this webpage is a link for your summer workouts. This program is designed to prepare you for the fall training period. The summer program will consist of 3, 4 week cycles (12 total weeks). You should begin the program no later than the 4th of June or else you will be unable to finish in the time intended when we resume classes in the fall.

The lifting will consist of 4 days a week, 2 of which will be upper body dominant while 2 will be lower body dominant lifts. The split is intended to be.......
Day 1 - upper body
Day 2 - lower body
Day 3 - rest
Day 4 - upper body
Day 5 - lower body
